دعوة تقديم مقترحات مشروعات بحثية مشتركة

يعلن المركز الوطني للبحث والتطوير عن إطلاق دعوة تقديم مقترحات مشروعات بحثية ضمن برنامج تعاون علمي مشترك مع المجلس الايطالي للبحوث (National Research Council of Italy) لتبادل الخبرات المعرفية ودعم مشروعات بحثية مشتركة بين الباحثين الاردنيين ونظرائهم من ايطاليا.

وبناءاً عليه ندعو الباحثين الاردنيين من الجامعات والمراكز البحثية لتقديم مقترحات مشروعات بحثية مشتركة في اي من المجالات التالية :

1. الزراعة المستدامة وتغير المناخ Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Change 
2. التنمية الريفية والاقتصاد الزراعي Rural development and agricultural economics
3. الذكاء الاصطناعي Artificial Intelligence

الجهات المستهدفة

الباحثين الاردنيين العاملين في الجامعات والمراكز البحثية

 شروط عامة للتقديم

•  أن يكون المشروع تطبيقي (تطوير منتج/ خدمة، براءة اختراع، نموذج تجريبي يمكن تتجيره ) وفكرة المشروع يجب ان تكون أصلية وجديدة.
• سيتم دعم مشروع بحثي واحد فقط لكل باحث رئيس.
• الباحث الرئيس يجب ان يكون على رأس عمله وحاملا لدرجة الدكتوراه و نشر أوراق علمية سابقة في مجال مشابه للمشروع العلمي المقترح
• تقديم مقترحات المشروعات البحثية باللغة الإنجليزية وفقا لنموذج التقديم المعتمد
• يفضل اشراك طلبة الدراسات العليا في المشروع كمساعد باحث
• يجب الحصول على موافقة لجان البحث العلمي / عمادة البحث العلمي في الجامعات او المؤسسات البحثية قبل ارسال مقترح المشروع للمركز.
• ان لا تتجاوز مدة تنفيذ المشروع البحثي عن سنتين  (24 شهر).
• قيمة الدعم الممنوح لمقترح المشروع الواحد 17000 سبعة عشر الف دينار بحد اقصى.
•  

• سيتم اختيار ثلاثة مشروعات بحثية مشتركة على اسس تنافسية
• أن يتم تسليم نسخة ورقية مطبوعة من نموذج التقديم موقعة حسب الأصول ومرفق معه كتاب التغطية و المعززات المطلوبة لديوان المركز الكائن في الجبيهة -مبنى المركز الوطني لتنمية الموارد البشرية – الطابق الثاني في موعد أقصاه يوم الثلاثاء 16/9/2025 و قبل انتهاء الدوام الرسمي.
• أن يتم تسليم نسخة الكترونية من نموذج التقديم موقعة حسب الأصول ومرفق معه كتاب التغطية و المعززات المطلوبة عبر البريد الالكترونيinfo@ncrd.gov.jo

فعلى الباحثين المهتمين التواصل مع نظرائهم من الجانب الايطالي و العمل على تقديم مقترح مشروع مشترك،حيث لن ينظر باي طلب لم يتم تقديمه للجانبين الأردني و الإيطالي و قبل انتهاء موعد التقديم المعلن عنه

تقييم مقترحات المشروعات البحثية

• سيتم تشكيل لجنة فنية من الخبراء والمختصين لتقييم المشروعات المقترحة من الجانب الأردني والإيطالي واختيار افضل المشروعات الفائزة
• سيتم اعلام الجهات الفائزة بنتائج التقييم وتوقيع اتفاقية الحصول على الدعم.

Call for Joint Research Project Proposals

The National Center for Research and Development NCRD announces a joint call for research project proposals under the scientific cooperation program with the National Research Council of Italy CNR to exchange knowledge and support joint research projects between Jordanian researchers and their Italian counterparts.

Accordingly, we invite Jordanian researchers from universities and research centers to submit proposals for joint research projects in any of the following fields:

1. Sustainable Agriculture and Climate Change

2. Rural Development and Agricultural Economics

3. Artificial Intelligence

Jordanian researchers working in universities and research centers

General Application Requirements

• The project must be applied (product/service development, patent, Pilot with potential of commercialization), and the project idea must be original and new.

• Only one research project will be Funded per principal investigator.

• The principal investigator must be currently working as a researcher, hold a doctorate degree, and have published previous scientific papers in a field similar to the proposed scientific project.

• Research project proposals must be submitted in English according to the approved application form

• Graduate students are preferred to participate in the project as research assistants.

• Approval must be obtained from the scientific research committees/deanship of scientific research at universities or research institutions before submitting the project proposal to NCRD

• The duration of the research project must not exceed two years (24 Months).

• The Fund granted for each project proposal must not exceed 17000 seventeen thousand Dinar,

• Three joint research projects will be selected on a competitive basis.

• A hard copy of the application form, duly signed, along with the cover letter and required supporting documents, must be submitted to NCRD offices located in Al-Jubaiha, at the National Center for Human Resources Development building, second floor, no later than Tuesday, September 16, 2025, before the end of official working hours.

• An electronic copy of the application form, duly signed, along with the required cover letter and supporting documents, must be submitted via email to info@ncrd.gov.jo

Interested researchers should contact their Italian counterparts and work on submitting a joint project proposal. Any application NOT submitted to both the Jordanian and Italian sides before the announced submission deadline will not be considered.

Evaluation of Research Project Proposals

• A technical committee of experts and specialists will be formed to evaluate the projects proposed by the Jordanian and Italian sides and select the best winning projects.

• The winning entities will be notified of the evaluation results and the funding agreement will be signed.
